Currently: Freelance Producer, Editor and Sound-Mixer. Available for work!

Previously: Director/Editor at Genius. As one of the early team members, I launched video series, managed the team’s post-production workflow, and worked on branded content for Apple, Meta, Patrón, Acura, HBO and more.

I also work on personal projects, like this mini-doc I made about the first skateboarding team in Cuba.

Harry Styles - One Night Only

Editor

For the debut livestreamed concert of Apple Music Live, I edited several quick turnaround videos for the broadcast, along with a longer piece to be released later. While the rest of the team captured Harry’s passionate fans in line, some who had been there for 4 days straight in the rain, I edited together a preview of what that experience felt like, mixed with some intimate behind-the-scenes with Harry.

FRAMEWORK

Series Creator, Director, Editor — Genius

I created this series to showcase the creative and technical achievements of music videos by inviting directors to breakdown their craft. I paired rear-projection and an overhead camera rig to film the directors drawing directly on the video.

Select Episodes: “ATM” by J. Cole with Scott Lazer, “Hotline Bling” by Drake with Director X, “thank u, next” by Ariana Grande with Hannah Lux Davis

VERIFIED

Motion Graphics Programmer, Workflow, Editor — Genius

In addition to editing episodes with Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Charlie Puth and more, I created the template and workflow for Genius’ flagship show, used on 1,000+ episodes. This involved best practices for chroma-keying in Davinci Resolve, the round-trip to Premiere Pro and the development of motion graphics assets that simplified and standardized creation.

23YG: THE FIRST SKATEBOARDING TEAM IN CUBA

Director, Editor — Personal

In January 2019, I spent three weeks in Cuba exploring the country and meeting people. While there, I met a group of skaters who were celebrating the 11th year of their club, “23 y G.” With some footage of their anniversary competitions and a trip to their DIY skatepark outside the city, I created this short documentary.
